When you make a reservation to rent a bicycle from corinth-rentabike.gr, we need to collect certain information about you in order to complete the transaction. We will also record information about the details your rental (e.g. where you wish to rent the bicycle, your requested rental period, preferred make and model of bicycle, and other information related to the rental).

We strive to ensure that we give you a stress-free rental experience and are dedicated to building a rewarding and lasting relationship with every customer. In order to provide the level of service we believe you expect from us, we may use your personally identifiable information for the following purposes:

Information Disclosed to Credit Card Processors.
When you make a reservation for a bicycle or other equipment, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date. We do not disclose your credit card information to the bike shops. However, we do use your credit card information to charge you for any fees and/or the rental reservation deposit fee. Credit card transactions are handled by PayPal or other third party financial institutions who receive credit card numbers and other personal information from us to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. We process transactions through third party providers who support Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard compliance.
We may use personal information you voluntarily submit to communicate with you if and when necessary in connection with your use of our Web Site, to respond to your questions, or to send you material and information you request. For example, we may use your information to personalize your Web Site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product information in which you are most interested, register you for an event, contest or sweepstakes, if you request it, or provide you with e-mail messages and other information regarding upcoming events, new services and general information about our products and services.
